Make VSAC Loan Payments
If you’re a VSAC loan borrower—you can make your loan payments online or by mail or phone by following the simple directions below.
If you’re a cosigner, you can make your loan payments online or by mail following the simple directions below. You can specify which account you want to pay on if you are paying online and have your own loans or cosigned for multiple students. Or call 800-798-8722 or 802-655-4050 and speak with a VSAC customer representative to make a payment by phone. VSAC Customer Relations hours are: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If you’re not the loan borrower yourself but have been authorized by a borrower to make payments on their loan (called an “authorized payer”), you can make payments here.

- Set up automatic monthly loan payments—so you don’t have to worry about paying on time each month
4 easy steps to making a VSAC loan payment
Making VSAC loan payments online is easy! Here’s how:
- Log into your MyVSAC account.
- If you don’t have a MyVSAC account, click on “Register Now” in the box labeled “First Time User?” and follow the directions to create one.
- Click on Loan Info/Make a Payment.
- Create a payment profile by entering your payment and bank information.
- Choose the amount you want to pay—and if you want to make a 1-time or automatically recurring payment.
- We’ll send you a confirmation email letting you know your payment has been submitted.
Keep in mind: Payments take up to 2 business days to be applied to your VSAC loan. So be sure to factor that in for paying on time!

Keep in mind:
- You can mail your VSAC loan payment with or without a statement coupon.
- For all payments, please note the VSAC account holder's name and account number on your check.
- Be sure to leave enough time before each month’s due date for your payment to reach us by mail!
