Some larger documents (such as brochures, reports, and publications) posted on our website are stored as "PDFs" (portable document files). Links to these documents are noted with (PDF).
To view these documents, you'll need a recent version of Adobe Reader. This program is available as a free download from Adobe Systems Inc. at www.adobe.com. Links to download Adobe Reader are also provided on most of our web pages that include links to PDF documents. If you already have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, simply select the link to the document, and the publication will begin downloading.
- Open your Web browser.
- From the browser’s menu bar for IE, FireFox, and Safari , select "Help." For Chrome, select the "Customize and control Google Chrome" button (button in upper right with 3 horizontal bars).
- Then select "About..." to display a screen that shows your browser name and the current version.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select Tools (gear shaped icon in upper right corner), click Safety, and then Delete Browsing History.
- Select the check box next to each category of information you want to delete.
- Select the Preserve Favorites website data check box if you don' want to delete the cookies and files associated with websites in your Favorites list.
- Click Delete. (This could take a while if you have a lot of files and history.)
- Open Firefox.
- Select Menu (three horizontal lines in upper right corner), choose Options.
- Click the Advanced, then Network tab.
- In the Cached Web Content section, click the Clear Now button.
- Open Chrome.
- Select the Chrome menu (three horizontal lines in upper right corner).
- Select Tools, then Clear browsing data.
- In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
- Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Open Safari.
- Choose Edit from the top navigation bar.
- Select Empty Cache, then Empty.
