Last chance for College Pathways 2017 at Johnson State College

Don’t miss out on VSAC essentials for your education plans after high school

WINOOSKI (April 17, 2017) – Take the stress out of planning for your education after high school at VSAC’s  final College Pathways event for 2017, April 29, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Johnson State College.

Thousands of Vermont students and parents have gotten a leg up on college planning at these essential workshops, which cover the entire college process, including:

  • Financial aid and managing costs
  • Strategies for the SAT and ACT
  • The admissions process: step by step
  • Applying to selective colleges
  • Intercollegiate sports
  • Keep calm and prepare for freshman year
  • Campus support for students with learning disabilities
  • The college search: finding the right fit
  • Free college during high school
  • Writing the admissions essay

Workshops fill up fast. To reserve your seat, register and get information at www.vsac.org/CollegePathways. Walk-ins are welcome too! While on campus, stay for lunch and take a tour led by Johnson State’s admissions team.
